A 2-NIGHT DIGITAL DETOX UNPLUGGED RETREAT

Quiet By Design

Soft Clarity

Less noise. More you. A phone-free retreat designed to help you soften, reset your nervous system, and return to every day with clarity.

September 25–27, 2026 · Boulder Creek Retreat, Bonners Ferry, ID · Limited spots · Intimate group

HAVE YOU NOTICED?

You can take the weekend off.
But are you unplugged?
You scroll when you're not looking for anything.

You reach for your phone before your feet hit the floor.

You can't remember the last time you sat with your own thoughts without something playing in the background.

Your attention has been trained for years to automatically tap, swipe, scroll...and fill every quiet moment with input.

And no amount of "just put your phone down" is going to undo that on a Sunday afternoon.

The phone isn't the problem.

It's what we forgot how to do without it.

YOU'RE INVITED

Step away from constant input.
Step into the quiet rhythm of nature.

This isn't a productivity retreat. Not a hustle reset.

It's a long weekend designed around the opposite of stimulation.

You'll arrive on Friday evening and drop your phone into a pouch. You won't see it again until Sunday morning.

In between: stillness, sound, the lake, a sauna, a paintbrush you get to play with, and meals you don't have to make.

By Sunday, something will have softened.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your Questions, Clearly Answered
We aim to make your entire experience as smooth and informed as possible. Here are answers to the most common questions we get about sessions, preparation, and delivery.
  • What does the phone-drop actually look like?
On Friday evening, before dinner, you'll turn off your phone and place it in a pouch with your name on it. The pouches stay in a safe place. You'll get yours back on Sunday morning. You'll have a number to give your family to call if there's a genuine emergency, so they can reach you.
  • Will I have my own room?
We will have 3 spaces at the retreat center that are shared rooms. Each space has multiple beds, a kitchen, and bathroom. If you’d like to room with another guest, please let us know on your intake form. The sizes of beds vary, and there are bunk beds as well. You'll be able to request beds in your intake form. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests.
  • What if I've never done yoga, sound bath, or painting?
Perfect. Nothing on the schedule requires experience. The yoga is slow and exhale-focused — closer to a long stretch than a workout. The sound bath asks nothing of you but to lie down. The painting session is led by an artist who specifically works with people who don't think they're "creative."
  • What's the food like? Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Seasonal, simple, well-sourced. We accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian by request, and can work around most other restrictions — let us know on your intake form.
  • Who else will be there?
An intimate group of women, mostly attending solo. The container is held for women who are professionally accomplished and personally exhausted — moms, executives, creatives, healers, founders. Ages typically 30–60.
  • What do I bring?
Layers (Idaho fall is cool), comfortable clothes you can move and walk in, a swimsuit for the sauna and lake, a journal if you like to write. We'll send a full packing list two weeks out. Otherwise: everything is provided. Just come comfortable and open. No one will judge you if you wear pajamas and yoga pants the whole weekend — in fact, it's encouraged.
  • How do I get to Bonners Ferry?
Boulder Creek Retreat Center is about 1.5 hours by car on paved roads. We can connect you with other guests for a carpool from Spokane or Coeur d'Alene if you'd like.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 60 days before arrival (July 27, 2026). 50% refund 30–59 days before (July 28 – August 26, 2026). Non-refundable inside 30 days (August 27, 2026), but transferable to another guest.
  • Is there a payment plan?
Yes — pay in full ($725) or in two payments of $375 (today and 30 days later). Both options are at checkout.
